Alan J. Fishman, CLU, CFP®, Shareholder
Alan J. Fishman is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner and former CPA who brings experience in public accounting, financial management and insurance to his association with Yorktown Financial Group, Inc. He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
Seminars/Publications: Alan has presented on a wide variety of financial topics to various groups and industries. He is a guest lecturer each year at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine on financial matters affecting the young veterinary professional. Alan has spoken at the Annual Conference of the Association of Legal Administrators on managing retirement plans and the fiduciary responsibilities of plan sponsors. In addition, he has co-authored articles on retirement plans in the Journal of Accountancy.
Professional Affiliations: Alan is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Financial Planning Association.
Education: Franklin and Marshall College, BA in Accounting, Attended the Johnson School of Management (Cornell University's MBA program).
Personal: Alan lives in Lafayette Hill, PA with his wife and two daughters. He is an active member of his synagogue and involved in charitable activities.

Howard M. Siegal, CPA, Shareholder
Howard M. Siegal co-founded SD Associates,PC, an accounting firm established in 1983. He received his Certified Public Accountant's license in 1981 and has practiced accounting* for over 30 years. His clientele includes real estate developers and managers, technology and telecommunications providers, and professional service businesses. Howard specializes in business and financial planning.
Having passed the Series 6 and 63 securities exams, Howard Siegal is a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Pennsylvania. He is also insurance-licensed in Pennsylvania.
Professional Affiliations: Howard M. Siegal is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Buxmont Society of Public Accountants.
Education: Penn State University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration.
Personal: Howard resides in Elkins Park, PA and is involved with local community charitable activities.
